Policies in the Salon


For the safety and comfort of all clients, Mega Tan has the following policy regarding children in our salon:

 

  • No Children in Tanning Rooms
    Children are not permitted inside tanning rooms at any time. Tanning equipment is for client use only and may pose safety risks to minors.


  • No Unsupervised Children in the Lobby
    Children may not be left unattended in the lobby or anywhere within the salon. Staff are unable to supervise children, and Mega Tan is not responsible for their safety or behavior while on the premises.


  • Client Responsibility
    Clients must make appropriate childcare arrangements prior to their tanning sessions. If children are brought to the salon, they must remain under the direct supervision of a parent or guardian at all times.


Mega Tan Policy – Equipment & Facility Responsibility

At Mega Tan, we work hard to provide a clean, safe, and comfortable tanning environment for all of our customers. To maintain these standards:


  • Any damage to tanning equipment or tanning rooms caused by bodily fluids or other misuse will result in the customer being held financially responsible for the cost of repair, replacement, and/or professional cleaning.


  • This policy is in place to ensure the safety and sanitation of our salon for all clients and staff.


  • Refusal to comply with this policy may result in loss of tanning privileges at Mega Tan.

Mega Tan Policy - All Sales Final – No Refunds


At Mega Tan, we value our customers and strive to provide quality products and services. Please note that all sales are final. Once a purchase has been made, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on tanning sessions, packages, or retail products.
